Essential Web Based Resources in Music

We believe that not all of the good music is played on the radio, that there are unknown bands and artists out there who are producing great music. The internet is the ideal place to find them, hear their music, download a few tunes and even buy a CD. On this page you will find some places where we've discovered some new favorites and some sites dedicated to the all time best. In addition there are resources here for fans and musicians.

Also check out our Music Cube featuring playlists from the BBC.

We are trying to give the power back to the fans. Our goal is to help music lovers find new and exciting music easily and conveniently without the intervention of corporations. Our voting system ensures songs chosen by you will rise to the top of our chart. Artists will generate free publicity and hopefully a strong fan base as they rise to number one. Songs are ranked on votes over time, so the music on the ‘popular’ chart will constantly be changing. Cherrypeel helps making unknown artists, known."
